Program with Dealer Admin
Programming
DMP panels do not require an external programmer. You can program through a DMP alphanumeric keypad, Dealer Admin, Tech APP, and Remote Link. Refer to the XR programming guide for more information.
Connect Communication
Connect the Ethernet cable from the LAN/WAN connection to the Ethernet port.
Sign In to Dealer Admin
Go to dealer.securecomwireless.com. Enter your email and password, then press sign in.
Add a Customer
At Customers, select the Plus icon.
Enter the customer’s name and email.
Enter the customer’s contact information.
Press Save.
Add a System
At the Customer Summary menu, select the Plus icon next to Systems to add a system.
Enter a System Name and select a System Type.
Select the Connection Type.
Enter an Account Number.
Enter the panel’s Serial Number.
If applicable, enter the panel’s Remote Key.
If applicable, toggle Enable Virtual Keypad & Website Services.
If applicable, toggle any additional features.
Select Save.
Programming Menu
Select Programming.
Add a Communication Path
Select Add Communication Path.
Enter in 1 for Communication Path.
Select the Communication Type.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Add a Keypad
Go to Device Setup.
Select Add Device.
Enter 1 as the Device Number.
Enter in the Device Name.
Select Keypad in Device Type.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Add a 734 Interface Module
Go to Device Setup.
Select Add Device.
Enter 2 as the Device Number.
Enter in the Device Name.
Select Door in Device Type.
In Card Options, choose a protocol for this door’s readers: DMP, Custom, or Any.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Configure System Options
Go to System Options.
Select the System Type.
At Hours From GMT, enter in the hours from GMT for your location.
At Wireless House Code, enter a house code from 1-50.
At Weather Zip Code, enter a local ZIP code to display weather alerts on the keypad.
Add an Area
Go to Area Information.
Select Add Area.
Enter an Area Number and an Area Name.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Add a Wireless Zone
Go to Zone Information.
Select Add Zone.
Enter a Zone Number and a Zone Name.
Select the Zone Type.
Select the Area the zone is assigned to.
Toggle DMP Wireless.
Enter the Serial Number.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Add a Wired Zone
Go to Zone Information.
Select Add Zone.
Enter a Zone Number and a Zone Name.
Select the Zone Type.
Select the Area the zone is assigned to.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Select Send to Panel.
Survey LED
Perform Survey LED Test from each transmitter mounting location.
Adjust location as necessary.
Communication Test
Go to System Tests.
Go to the Communication Test tab and select the test you would like to run.
Select Start Test.
Standard Walk Test
Go to System Tests.
Go to the Standard Walk Test tab.
Select Start Test.
Wireless Test
Go to System Tests.
Go to the Wireless Test tab.
Select Start Test.
Create a Profile
Go to Profiles and select the Plus icon.
Enter the Profile Name and Profile Number.
Under Options, select all options this profile should have authority to access.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Add a User Code with PIN
Go to User Codes and select the Plus icon.
Enter a User Name and User Number.
Select Next Available Number to automatically apply the next available User Code.
Select Code under Credential Type.
Enter a User Code.
Select all Profiles for this User.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Select Send.
Add a User Code with Card
Go to User Codes and select the Plus icon.
Enter a User Name and User Number.
Select Next Available Number to automatically apply the next available User Code.
Select Card under Credential Type.
Enter a Card Number.
Select all Profiles for this User.
Adjust additional options as needed.
Select Send.
Select the System Type
Go to Programming.
Go to System Options.
Under System Type, select the system type for this customer.
Options include Area, All/Perimeter, and Home/Sleep/Away.
Select Send All Changes.
Create a Template
Go to Programming.
Select the More Options icon.
Select Create Template from Programming.
Enter a Template Name.
Adjust additional Programming options as needed.
Select Save Template.
